I highly recommend Pragati’s yoga classes and videos.I attend Pragati’s online yoga classes and have found them to be extremely beneficial. Pragati is very knowledgable about Iyengar yoga and the use of props. She pays a lot of attention to detail to help students of different levels get benefit of various yoga poses. Pragati has a calm and soothing voice and she is passionate about sharing her knowledge. I look forward to doing more yoga with Pragati and wish her the very best!

I have arthritis in my knees and it recently really flared up and i was limping. Since i have been attending pragati's session, i have been able to start my strength training exercises and even some running again. She has a lot of patience and corrects our postures in the class. Also, a lot of focus on different parts of the body, like shoulders, knees, back etc. Highly recommend it.

It was a very nice session with your guidance, even it was only three. However, your advice for my knee pain is really working. I started placing a towel behind my knees two times, and it started to give very clear relief. I can say it's more or less gone..some times still little pain, but very far better. I would definitely recommend Pragati. She is highly knowledged in Yoga. Pragati takes care that we do it correct as alignments are important in yoga. It was a great class with Pragati. It takes long time to master Iyengar yoga and Pragati is a wonderful teacher. Body feels energetic after the alignments and holding poses for a while.
